Request Corrective Maintenance

In case of equipment failure contact our Service Department; we will evaluate the situation and recommend the best course of action.

For certain corrective maintenance requirements, we offer remote service. This allows our service technicians to be present virtually at your laboratory, no matter where you are.

Remote services allow our technicians to train you in the use of software as well as remotely guide your technician to make small adjustments to the instruments.

For more serious problems we will need to coordinate an on-site visit.

If you require corrective maintenance, we suggest the following:

  • Follow the equipment user manual as recommended by the manufacturer
  • Maintain the computers used with the instruments with optimal performance
  • Install software for remote assistance; we suggest Teamviewer.
